Immersing In
The World of Serial
Serial is a suspenseful thriller/drama that follows the titular character Kathleen, as we witness her obsession with the Clarkson County Butcher.
I worked on a series of graphic props for the film that helped the production designers set the tone for the story. This included creating a compelling movie poster & custom font that was used as part of the marketing for the film. With the assistance of the crew and actors, I wanted to bring viewers into the world of Serial.

With inspiration from 2000s slashers, I created a movie poster that was in theme with the time period of the film. I was equipped with stills from the production and allowed creative liberty on the project.
Using information from the writers and script, I put together case files, missing persons posters and morgue reports.
